The Ride
On the 6th November 2010, SHIMANO cycles its way from Japan to Kedah, Malaysia – for UUM Bike Challenge 2010!
It’s about pushing the limits and challenging Malaysians to attain “Expert” level in cycling. For Road Riders, this is the first time UUM is opening up for you; For Mountain Bikers, here we go again!
The previous ride in 2009 has been inspirational to many parties including us! This round, we want to make it even bigger to accommodate the large interest and growing number of extreme cyclists. And with SHIMANO‘s strong support, together we challenge both Mountain bikers and Road riders against their stamina, determination, and strategy to win. We are proud to say that THIS is what extreme cyclists have been waiting for.
This track tests cyclists from several professional aspects, including physical techniques and stress management, all out to put them up against themselves.
